A Bit About Jack
Jack started flying at an United States Air Force flying club while stationed in Germany during the early 1970’s. He was honorably discharged and returned home before receiving his private pilot certificate. For the next few decades, he flew with friends, did an occasional glider flight, spent his time skiing, climbing, managed to get a degree in mathematics & computer science, worked in IT, and raised two children. Sometime in 2001, Jack was thinking that if he was to get the pilot thing done he better get started again.
In 2002 he received his private pilot certificate. Over the next several years, Jack completed his instrument rating, commercial pilot certificate, and flight instructor certificate.
