Rocky Mountain Flight School proctors FAA written exams in partnership with PSI and the FAA.
FAA - Airman Knowledge Testing (AKT)
All scheduling and payments are now done online! Follow the "Visit" link at the bottom of the page to check facilities near you, available tests and schedule openings. PSI assistants and Rocky Mountain Flight School proctors can answer questions and guide scheduling via phone or email, but all scheduling, rescheduling or test cancellations must be done by the candidate through their PSI account (must create account if taking test for first time since January 2020).
FAA - Unmanned Aircraft General (UAG) Knowledge Test
The Unmanned Aircraft General Knowledge Test is required in order to obtain your Remote Commercial License (Part 107). For additional information follow the FAA Advisory Circular AC 107-2A. If you are already a Part-61 Certificate Holder, you can take this initial course for Remote Licensing for FREE through FAA.gov:
FAA - Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Recurrent Training
Unmanned Aircraft Recurrent Training must be completed every two years after your initial test. It is available online for FREE at the following links:
