A Bit About Regan
Regan Archer’s journey has taken him from the Midwest to the mountains—and now to the cockpit.
Originally from Wisconsin, Regan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Chicago, Illinois, and later completed his Master’s degree in Denver, Colorado. Along the way, he’s lived in Ohio and California before settling in Colorado with his family in 2015. His diverse background includes decades of church leadership and, since 2005, helping hundreds of friends and families navigate important life decisions in real estate and lending. That foundation—built on trust, clear communication, and service—naturally carries into his work as a flight instructor.
Regan’s passion for aviation began with his first Discovery Flight in 2023, and it has only grown stronger with each passing year. What started as curiosity quickly became a calling. He understands firsthand what it feels like to take those first steps into aviation—the excitement, the nerves, and the sense of possibility—and he loves guiding students through that same journey.
As an instructor, Regan is patient, encouraging, and detail-oriented. He believes great pilots are built on strong fundamentals, sound judgment, and confidence earned through thoughtful training.
